Everything You Need to Know

From bespoke commissions to material selection and installation, here are answers to some of the most common questions about our work.

Do you offer customization?

Yes, within reason. While some works involve processes too intricate to alter once begun, we regularly accept commissions and custom projects, subject to timeline and feasibility.

Often, yes. However, every work is one-of-one, so we cannot reproduce a catalogue piece exactly. Instead, we use it as inspiration and create something in its spirit.

You can reach us at aartigo@aarto.in or call +91 74398 05153. We work closely with you to create a piece tailored to your vision and space.

Yes. Every Aartigo piece is one-of-one. No work is editioned or reproduced, ensuring that each creation remains truly unique.

A limited selection is available as ready stock. Most pieces are made to order and can often be adapted in size, detailing, and finish to suit your project.

Because every piece is handmade. Variations in tone, texture, dimension, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and contribute to its uniqueness.

We primarily work with wood and metal, selecting each material to best suit the character and intent of the piece.

Pricing depends on the materials, scale, craftsmanship, and complexity involved in creating a one-of-one work.

Once the design is finalized and work is ready to begin, an advance payment is required. The remaining balance is settled before delivery.

Timelines vary depending on the scale and complexity of the work. We keep clients informed throughout the process and strive to deliver as agreed.

Every piece is carefully packaged according to its fragility and value. We ship to most locations across India.

As each piece is custom-made and one-of-one, commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.

Installation is the responsibility of the client. We are happy to provide guidance, but proper fitting and installation remain the client's responsibility.

We provide detailed care instructions with every work. Generally, use a soft dry cloth for cleaning, avoid harsh chemicals, and keep the piece away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Absolutely. We welcome collaborations with interior designers, architects, galleries, and trade professionals on projects of any scale.
