Do not use any cleaner which will remove the top protective coat.
Vacuum clean surfaces which are uneven or chiselled
Use slightly damp cloth to remove any dirt only if required.
Please do not place the item directly under sunlight as it may lead to discolouration
Please test a small inconspicuous area to clean before using a cleaning agent if required.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or strong detergent for cleaning as this may damage the piece or its finishing.
Use mild soap and water for cleaning.
Use soft brush or cloth for gently removing any dust or dirt.
Please do not use Power washer as it may strip the protective coating and damage the finishing.
Please dry the object after cleaning to avoid water spots or deposits.
Please clean the piece at regular intervals to maintain the piece.
Please cover the piece if not in use for a long period.

Please be extremely careful while unpacking the piece since it is fragile and rough handling may damage the piece.
Please place the box upright while unpacking to prevent damage.
Please avoid exposure to moisture in the storage area.
Please inspect the product and electrical parts (if applicable) for any damage before using it.
Please contact the customer care in case of any assistance required regarding assembly or installation.
Please do not drop the package. It might damage the piece inside

Most pieces can be customised in terms of detailing, size and finishes depending to suit your project needs within a certain timeline.
Only a limited number of pieces are ready stock. The rest are as per order.
Labour intensive - Meticulous work. No two pieces are identical. Materials are used in their natural form and finished to maintain the natural beauty of the material. Each piece is manually shaped and chiselled by skilled artisans.
Our products are handcrafted. As a result, it is not possible to replicate the product identically from one piece to another. Each piece has a slight variation in style, shape, chisel and colour, and that is the beauty of each piece. Product images may differ a little from the actual piece due to variations caused by photography.
Items made of wood have inherent variations in size, and appearance, such as pinholes, cracks, and the imperfections that give each piece a unique character.
The items may naturally develop small cracks over time.
